We had such a great time at Paradise
Junction! We caught two huge Black Drums one 37 1/2 inch and
one 42 inch, we also caught about 30 crabs and had the best
crab boil ever! The house itself is great, very clean and
comfortable. The breeze that blows through the porch area
make those hot Texas days bearable. We would definitely recommend

Paradise Junction - #6 Caney Court: Great location with beautiful panoramic
view of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Newly remodeled
with Texas coastal theme, flavored with an Oriental twist. Paradise Junction is
located at the mouth of the Caney Creek "Y", 100 feet off the Intracoastal Waterway.
She is convienently located 5 minutes from East Matagorda Bay by boat, a stone's
throw from Mitchell's Cut.
In your down time, enjoy watching barges
and shrimp boats from the upper deck, and enjoy casual fishing and crabbing from
the privacy of your back yard. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the magnificent
view of the gulf. With a pair of binoculars, see the oil rigs from the upper deck
and take your boat off shore!
House has two bedrooms, one has a queen
size bed and the other has bunk beds. Sleeps 8 people - 1 queen, 2 sets of
bunk beds, 1 futon, one bathroom and an outdoor shower. BBQ grill, DVD, TV,
Dish Network, bean bags, ceiling fans, full kitchen, oven, refrigerator, automatic
coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, linens and towels, A/C, washer and
dryer (available for long-term renters only). Crab trap, bait trap, fishing net
and cast net available.
