PARK MODEL TRAILERS FOR RENT:
Located at 230 CR 285, Sargent, Texas on two lots in Caney Creek
RV Park. Very nice rentals, one sleeps 4 (a queen bed and a
queen sofa bed) and the other sleeps six (a queen bed, a bunk
bed and a queen sofa bed). The park has a fishing pier with
a fresh water cleaning station and a boat ramp, all located
on Caney Creek. It is a short drive to the Intracoastal Canal,
East Matagorda Bay and Sargent Beach.
Amenities:
AC, full kitchen, linens and dishes provided. Refrigerators
in both units for plenty of food and beverages. Both units have
satelite tv. Pier has a cleaning table with running water. Boat
ramp on property next to pier. Bars, restaurants and convenience
store are nearby. The Park has a laundry mat and propane service
on site. There are also two nice park restrooms with showers.
There is lots to enjoy at Sargent and Matagorda Bay:
Fishing, hunting, bird watching, boating, water skiing, beach
combing....Sargent Texas has it all! Sargent Texas is the perfect
get-a-way for families or fishing weekends!
Rental Rates:
Weekends - 2 nights min $200
($100 per night)
Week days - $75/night.
Weekly rates - 7 days, 6 nights $450

4 pm check-in and noon check-out
unless other arrangements have been made.
