Provided:
2 bedrooms, 1 full, 3 twin beds, 1 cot, 2 couches, 2 full baths, up and down, stereo, alarm clock, linens, towels, cookware, TV, DVD player, microwave, washer/dryer. Sleeps up to 8 people.

Rental Rates:
$150/nightly with a 2-night minimum, weekly rate is $850.
Rental rates are based on 4-5 people, let me know if more people in your group.
HOLIDAY WEEKEND:
3 nights at $550

Winter Rates:
$125/nightly with a 2 night minimum....$200 deposit.

Last Minute Rentals
Last minute rentals are possible through PayPal (no account needed) or CASH only - call 713.553.9698

Security Deposit:
$250/nightly rental
$400/weekly rental

**Deposit will be returned minus 3% PayPal fee within 14 days
of your stay if house is left as you found it.

Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance.
