to Sargent Beach.

doubles, 1 sofa bed, and a set of bunk beds. 2 full baths with showers.
Central AC and heat; full kitchen; coffee maker; toaster; microwave; all dishes,
utensils, and cookware; TV; DVD player; all linens provided; Bring your own beach
towels; washer and dryer; AC/Heat window unit downstairs; Deck; Great fishing
right off your private lighted pier; Fish cleaning table; porch swings, bar-b-que
pit.

– Sun $195 per night (2 night minimum) Mon
– Thurs $175 per night Weekly $1,000 (7 days, 6
nights) Holidays - Add $100 to total rental
$250 damage/cleaning deposit.......Refunded
after satisfactory inspection of property.
