Our Location
Located on CR 201. We are close to the Intracoastal Canal and East Matagorda Bay. Easy access to East Matagorda Bay by boat. Short drive to Sargent Beach. 

Amenities
Sleeps 10.   Accommodations include 1 queen, 2 doubles, 1 sofa bed, and a set of bunk beds. 2 full baths with showers.

Central AC and heat; full kitchen; coffee maker; toaster; microwave; all dishes, utensils, and cookware; TV; DVD player; all linens provided; Bring your own beach towels; washer and dryer; AC/Heat window unit downstairs;  Deck; Great fishing right off your private lighted pier; Fish cleaning table; porch swings, bar-b-que pit.

Rental Rates
$165 Weekend (2 night minimum)
$140 Weekday
$800 Weekly (7 days, 6 nights)
Holiday weekends $175 per night (3 night minimum)

 $250 damage/cleaning deposit....Refunded after satisfactory inspection of property.


Rules
Smoking allowed outside only. Please use coffee cans for cigarette butts.

NO pets allowed.
