Fish, swim & boat right from your own pier on the beautiful Caney Creek, footsteps from your front door. Just bring your bathing suits, food and drink; everything else you need is here.

Rental Rates:
Weekdays $175 per night - minimum 2 nights
Weekends $175 per night - minimum 2 nights
Holiday weekends $200 per night - minimum 3 nights
Weekly rate of $1000 per week

Check in/out times:
 Weekend 3pm Friday - Out at noon Sunday (or Monday holiday weekend).
For Weekly rental, in at 3pm Sunday - out at noon following Sunday.

 Reservations:
Advance rental reservations are necessary.
ALL rents due must be paid in FULL at or prior to check in.
Advance reservation deposit of 1/2 the rent required. Damage deposit is $200.
