Las Palmas - Information - Sargent Beach House for Rent:

Extra nice and spacious (1125 Sq. Ft.) beach home located directly on Sargent Beach! - walk across the front yard, over the beach road and you are in the sand... Very private, clean and nice place to relax and get away from it all.
Videos and T.V's in bedrooms and sun room....SatelliteTV and 2 DVRs receivers. Lots of channels!!

DVD player installed in sun room - bring your own DVD's. Extensive video library of Disney upon request - for our guests with children.

Hot and cold shower in breezeway to clean off sand. No bath towels on beach. Beach towels (6) furnished.
Washer and dryer and freezer for week long or longer guests. Plus plenty of milk jug ice for taking your fish home. Big charcoal smoker, porch swing, dishwasher, A/C., ceiling fans, and new refrigerator. Sink and water for cleaning fish on side of house - or you may clean them at the mooring station down the beach road on the IntraCoastal Canal.

New addition - 2 huge bins completed in breezeway to contain all fishing gear, ice chests, suitcases etc - Combination locks installed. Makes belongings dry, safe and secure.

There is a free boat launch just down the road on the IntraCoastal Canal mooring station. The station was left by the Army Corps of Engineers when they built the revetment. It has a pavilion for picnicing and is a great place to fish in the Intracoastal Canal. Everything is furnished except your food.

Free long distance phone service for USA.
Cell phones work on the north side of the deck.

In Sargent, you will find excellent restaurants, 2 churches, volunteer fire and ambulance services and only 25 miles from the nearest Walmart Super Center.
Las Palmas is the ONLY beach rental in Sargent that is directly on the beach - No sand in your vehicle and no loading up the kids to go to the beach!! It is the second house on the right side of FM 457,after you cross the swing bridge.

Absolutely not pets, no exception. Kids most welcome.
No smoking in the house. Wrap around deck has plenty of room for smoking. No butts in the yard.

Security Deposit is to be paid at check in.
Check in is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 noon.

Off season $200.00

Minimum - 24 hrs - $300.00
