Located at 3680 Carancahua Blvd, Sargent, Texas on two lots for plenty of privacy. Great house, with pier and boat ramp, on Downey Creek. Close to Intracoastal Canal, East Matagorda Bay and Sargent Beach. Accommodations include one Double Bed, one set of bunk beds, one pull out couch and a daybed.

Amenities:
AC, full kitchen, linens and dishes provided. Two refrigerators for plenty of food and beverages. Pier has a live well, and cleaning table with running water. Boat ramp on property next to pier. The bait shop is within walking distance, bars and restaurants are a bit further but are easily accessible by boat.

There is lots to enjoy at Sargent and Matagorda Bay:
Fishing, hunting, bird watching, boating, water skiing, beach combing. Notcho House is the
perfect get-a-way for families or fishing weekends!

Rental Rates:

Weekends - Friday PM to Sunday PM (2 nights min.) $375.
Sunday thru Thursday $150/night
Add $125 a night for holiday weekends.
Weekly, monthly, and off season rates available upon request.
