This Fabulous River House is located just 15 minutes from Lake Jackson, Tx. and an 1 hour from Houston Airport. A great view of the River with Beautiful Trees across the river. And a perfect place to watch the moon at night! Very quiet and secluded neighborhood.

This home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 9 people comfortably. One room has 2 queen beds, the other a pyramid bunk (1 full and1 twin). Plus, there is a comfy queen size futon in the living area. The home is a wonderful open concept with beautiful views of the river from all rooms. It has central air and heat. The home has a large living area with 2 separate seating groups and a game table. There is a large kitchen and dining area with a separate wet bar and coffee bar. It has a LIGHTED PIER, fish cleaning area and a place to tie up your boat.


The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), all dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. The dining area has a TV and the bedroom has a TV/DVD/VCR. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.
You should bring food, sheets and towels - good family or friends and tuck in a good book and of course - the bug spray!!!

Advance rental reservations are necessary. An advance deposit of $250.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Upon arrival, it shall act as a security deposit during your stay. Deposit is not refundable for cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival. Number of people in party required at check-in.

This is a smoke-free home and no inside pets allowed.

All rents due must be paid in FULL prior to check-in. No refunds will be given for early departures or weather related reasons.

Upon inspection of the property, deposits will be returned with in 10 days. If any inventory is found to be missing, damaged or destroyed - entire deposit may be forfeited.

Check-in 3:00 pm and check-out 2:00 pm

Tenants must be at least 25 years of age to lease this property.
