Located on a double lot, this beautiful home is right on the canal with a fishing pier, the beach is only a few minutes away, or you can relax or sunbathe on the deck and admire the gorgeous view of the gulf.

Our spacious floorplan provides accommodations for 10 – 14 guests.

The loftroom has one set of bunk beds, a day bed and a bed up in the loft. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and a day bed, with an extra mattress. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a daybed and an adjoining bathroom with washer and dryer. An additional bathroom has a shower and tub.

Downstairs: half bath and outdoor shower; under-house parking; bbq pit and picnic chairs; refrigerator.

The house is also equipped with a cleaning table and night-fishing lights.

The fully loaded kitchen can seat 10 and has an island with granite countertops; stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and blender are included. In the den you can sit and enjoy satellite tv on our 25" set.

Linens provided. Bring your own beach towels, food, and fishing equipment.

Fishing guide service by appointment only and subject to availability.

For hours of family fun, a large waterslide (26'l x 11'w x 16'h) is available upon request for an additional fee of $400.00 per weekend. Slide is rented only for a minimum of one full weekend.

No indoor pets allowed. Outdoor pets not allowed with slide rental.

No smoking allowed inside the house.

For your convenience, bait camps, boat launches, convenience stores, and restaurants are all located very close by.
